Parent involvement in Henry Larsen's School Council is essential to ensuring that Henry Larsen Elementary School remains a vibrant and enriching environment.
School Council needs volunteers throughout the school year, from larger events to occasional small jobs. We will be looking for people to help with things such as Monster Mash, parent information nights, Fun Fair, watering new trees, and school yard improvements. Any amount of time you can contribute, no matter how small, is valuable and appreciated. School Council’s biggest undertaking to date is the new schoolyard project, Henry’s Cool Yard. Over the next few years, with the help of everyone, we will be improving the entire area -a project which will benefit all ages and the community as a whole.
